Construction Phase Vendors

Thank you for your interest in working as a construction vendor on the Buena Vista Casino project. The following is some helpful information about becoming a construction phase vendor.

How do I start the process of becoming a vendor?

The first step in becoming a vendor involves completing the Buena Vista Casino Vendor Application Form. Fill out and mail the completed form to the address on the form. Subcontractors must also complete the form. If you plan to attend the Construction Phase Vendor Fair, please bring a copy of the application with you.


Who must complete the application form and why?

All interested businesses must complete the appication form to be considered as a vendor by Buena Vista Casino and its construction manager. Subcontractors must all complete the form. The form will be used to determine a need for your goods or services.

Who will manage the construction vendor bidding and how will I know when certain contracts are put out for bids?

The project's construction manager will manage all aspects of the facility construction, including the use of vendors and subcontractors. You will be contacted with information regarding bids and other vendor opportunities once you prepared and filed the form to be registersed as a vendor and a need for your goods or services has been determined. The information you provide on the Buena Vista Casino Vendor Application Form will be used to contact you. You will be contacted as the need arises for certain goods and services during all construction phases. It is your obligation to keep your contact information current.


When and Where is the Construction Phase Vendor Fair?

We will announce the date and location of the Construction Phase Vendor Fair later.

The Buena Vista Rancheria is located on 67.5 acres of Tribal land near Ione, Calif., within the boundaries of the Tribe’s original reservation. The Me-Wuk Indians have lived on the Tribe’s land since at least 1817.
